Creation

This was one of my first UI/UX projects. It is a website for a fictional “Smart Plant Pots” product I came up with. The pots connect via tubes to water and plant food, as well as a camera attachment. And all of that is connected to the website that serves as a plant control hub and subtle social features like a friend list.

High Fidelity

I created the whole layout with comforting pictures of people and flowers. There is a setup page, an about us page, Sign in, Profile, Gallery, add a plant, Notices, Feeding page, and a database page where you can learn what is ailing your plants. I tried to cover every base I thought a gardener would need. I think it came out great, and I love the logo.

The idea for the project was to create a website for people who run Botanical gardens or even endangered gardens. My main point was to create a system that would ensure no plant goes without nutrients or water, and so I created the hypothetical smart plant pot to solve the issue, and based my website on the product. Through research, I was educated on the reality of Garden workers, it's back-breaking work, and a lot of botanical gardens are understaffed, and so I established my audience as people who have to look over a large amount of plants without overworking themselves.
